This Lemon Vinaigrette is a staple dressing recipe that instantly brightens any salad. It's made from just a handful of ingredients including fresh lemons, olive oil and honey.

This vinaigrette is a staple in my kitchen, especially as the weather gets warmer. I make it during my weekly meal prep so I've got it on hand for salads during the week.
I like to make salad dressings in a small mason jar becuase it's easy to add the ingredients and then just shake it up. No need to dirty a whisk! And the mason jar doubles as the storage container so you can just pop any leftover dressing in the fridge.
If you want to give this one an extra kick, you can add some minced garlic or some chopped herbs.
How to Make It
It’s as simple as adding all the ingredients to a small mixing bowl or mason jar and mixing them togehter. That’s it! In less than 5 mintues you've got a fresh tangy vinaigrette. If you don’t plan on using all of this dressing right away, you can store it in the fridge for about a week. If it hardens a bit in the fridge, just let it come to room temperature then give the mason jar a good shake to mix it up again.


Serving Suggestions
There are so many different things that go with this vinaigrette. A few of my favorites are:
- Just about any salad. It's perfect on this simple arugula salad and also goes really well with this chopped kale, apple and chicken salad or this spring pea salad.
- Seafood. Lemon + seafood is a match made in heaven! It's perfect with these air fryer crab cakes.
- Veggies. Drizzle it on some oven roasted veggies to give them an extra pop of flavor.
- Grain bowls. Adding a touch of lemon can give your grain bowl and give it an extra kick.

Lemon Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp champagne vinegar
- ½ teaspoon honey (or agave)
- 4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Add the lemon juice, vinegar and honey to a small bowl or jar and mix well. Add the olive oil and mix again until everything is blended.
